Recently, I went to the school counselor after having put the points together and I realized that I an anxiety problem. She told me that most likely mild anxiety. Since discovering that seemed to have worsened and I sometimes had the feeling .. I am almost depressed I'm depressed and I heard a comment about how not to listen to music as their emotions change across the square. Nor have I told my parents because I am sure I will say that I have and I'm exaggerating to make me feel even more conflicts … Does anyone have tips to cope and what to do with my parents?
