no idea what could be the problem? I was on Toprol XL for a month and a half …?

I 27/female. I went to the emergency room 3 / 15, with fast heartbeat (130), chest pain, and only a set of "feeling strange". all tests were negative. thought it was either a panic attack or dehydration. I started taking 25 mg of metoprolol that day b / c my blood pressure is high. After seeing my dr. control, I began to take 50 mg daily of Toprol XL. since the day I started taking the toprol I felt tingling all over, sometimes chest pain, nausea, fatigue, constipation and heavy / labored breathing (not often). Every day is different, but I have at least 1 symptom of a day. I'm back to the Republic DR. Twice I gave Alprazolam (Xanax) to help B & C, said he was eager. who were not working. I had blood tests and an electrocardiogram echo, everything returned to normal. Many medications can cause side effects of abstinence. Is there a medicine you took the time to onset of symptoms that could explain these symptoms can be a toxic reaction. Definitely I would ask the other doctor immediately to ensure that no medical cause.
