Anyone out there with problems of anxiety?
If you have problems with anxiety to some extent, what techniques attempt to calm down when your anxiety level is at its absolute pinnacle? Thanks guys preferably, if the question relates Name .. Oh, and with the exception of medicines for anxiety, etc.
I had panic attacks so bad before I thought I would die. They usually begin to feel chest tightness, dizziness, drowsiness hand and arm, unable to breathe, my heart pounding. This assistance is totally out of nowhere when I least expect it! What works for me is to remember that these symptoms are due to anxiety and nothing more. I think what makes it worse is that you get angry, because you can not breathe, and then your heart starts racing, because they panic – and then panic panic! It becomes a vicious circle awful. Just take a deep breath and continue to assure that it is only anxiety and you are in control of the stop.
